Brian's Tomato Sandwich
Who is Brian? We don't know—but we bet he grew his own tomatoes! This simple sandwich is all about the taste of super-fresh tomatoes straight from the garden or farm stand.

What's in it?
1 fresh medium tomato
2 slices of Portuguese bread (or your favorite bread!)
2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
How to make it:
Step 1: Prepare the tomato.
Wash the tomato and slice it into 1/4-inch slices.
Step 2: Assemble the sandwich. Spread mayo on one slice of bread, top with tomato slices, and place second slice of bread on top.
