What's in it?

6 fresh strawberries, sliced (3/4 of a cup)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ

How to make it:

In a tall glass, layer the strawberries (3 slices at a time), yogurt (about 3 tablespoons at a time), blueberries (5 or 6 at a time), and wheat germ (about 2 teaspoons at a time). Make three to four layers of each.
