Ask yourself these questions:
- Do you feel that you can't have fun unless you drink?
- Do you drink at school?
- Do you drink alone?
- Do you ever drive after you've been drinking?
- Do you need alcohol to "get going" or motivate yourself to get things done?
- Do you feel like you focus better when you've been drinking?
- Have your friends or family ever complained about your drinking?
- Have you ever felt guilty about your drinking?
- Have you ever tried to cut down on drinking?
Even one "yes" answer suggests you may have a drinking problem. More than one "yes" answer means you most likely have a drinking problem.
